It all begins with an exchange with our opticians and eyewear specialists.

Desires, visual and aesthetic needs, professional and personal universe, personality, style: Our role is to get to know you better in order to understand and illustrate your expectations to create a personalized selection, serving as inspiration for the creation of your future custom-made glasses.

Throughout the conversation, we will together determine the shapes of glasses that will suit you, combined with the style you want to adopt.

THE DESIGN

We co-create your glasses, from simple customization of models from our collection to the complete creation of a model, following fittings and/or inspirations.

Whether in creation or customization, all our glasses are made to measure in order to perfectly balance the proportions of the model with your morphology and prescription.

Coffignon collection

COLORS AND MATERIALS

Complexion, eye and hair color, makeup, clothing style: we will guide you to find your ideal shade among more than 40 colors, patterns, and materials.

Our custom frames are made from organic acetate, buffalo horn, and tortoiseshell.

Materials

THE PROTOTYPE

We create a prototype for you to try the shape and adjust the size, thicknesses, and finishes.

You will thus have a real preview of the frame before its final realization.

THE FINISHES

Designing custom glasses also means customizing the type of temple, the number of rivets, the shape of the temples, and the thicknesses of the frame.

Engrave your name, initials, or a personalized message inside the temple.

THE MANUFACTURING

Our Coffignon glasses are entirely made by an artisan optician directly in the store, or in Bourgogne (east of Paris).

Tools, two hands, and a lot of passion to offer you exceptional and durable craftsmanship.

It takes 5 to 6 weeks to complete a model.

FITTING AND ADJUSTMENT

The meeting between your creation and the lines of your face. The discovery of the shape, combined with the material and color.

It's the opportunity for a final adjustment, a last touch-up to perfect the comfort and positioning of the frame.

This moment will also allow for the necessary measurements to be taken for ordering your ophthalmic and/or sunglasses lenses.
